Welcome to Kindle Life!
We are glad you can get to know more about us and what we do.
My interactions with several young persons on the streets of Nigeria in 2022 unveiled to me the dire need for transformational leadership – its awareness and practice irrespective of age, background or status.
The challenges prevalent in Africa across her diverse societal spheres present us an opportunity to foster and experience transformation leadership, even among young persons. A leadership that pays attention to both the basic and aspirational needs of people. One stemming from a transformed passionate HEART, yet having an informed HEAD and skilful, present HANDS.
We see young persons including the vulnerable ones embark on a journey of personal transformation, towards becoming transformational leaders. We aim not just to give them fish, but teach them to fish, grow ponds and inspire others to do same. We do this through the vehicles of coaching, community and creativity, engaged across orphan hubs, secondary schools, and other marginalised communities.
We invite you to join us as we embark on this purposeful journey to transforming lives. You surely have a part to play.

Our Values
For a country to embrace a good society and attain sustainable development, transformational leadership must emerge at all levels not just its political, governmental leadership (Kauzya, United Nations DESA).
Transformational Leadership in Africa is not taught and modelled adequately and effectively for young persons to be inspired, transformed, and therefore become agents of transformation. Thus, there is a need for youths to transition from the prevalent models of leadership and life in Africa to models that birth inspiration and transformation.
The absence of adequate and effective modeling of transformational leadership in Africa among young persons is partly evidenced by the learning gaps that exist in education and practice, across fields of endeavors. These societal challenges across the socio-politico-economic sphere in Africa, as well as the learning gaps present an opportunity to drive transformational leadership and life competencies in young persons; to build the next breed of African leaders, hence this initiative.
We see millions of transformed young persons, transforming individuals, institutions, and societies beyond Africa. - Vision Statement

Our Theory of Change and Objectives
If we effectively and adequately TEACH and MODEL transformational leadership, young persons can become agents of transformation. Hence our objectives:
- Bridge the learning gap that exists in transformational leadership education.
- Bridge the modeling gap that exists in transformational leadership practice in the real world.
- Identify and tackle the societal challenges that hinder transformation.
Our Strategy
We foster transformational leadership and life competencies in youths including orphans and vulnerable young persons across Africa, through the vehicles of coaching, community, and creativity.
